This is an independent property marketing website operated by Stefan Teo Jun Yong, a CEA-registered salesperson with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd. It is not the official developer website.

3. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about The Continuum and a way to enquire about it. It is a marketing and information resource. It is not:

• The official website of the developer

• A contract, or part of any contract
• Financial, investment, tax or legal advice
• A valuation or an appraisal of any property

4. Accuracy of information

Reasonable care is taken to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Even so, information about a new launch changes frequently — particularly pricing, unit availability and expected completion dates.

All information on this website:

• Is provided for general reference only
• May be changed or withdrawn without notice
• Must be reconfirmed against the developer's current official documents
• Does not form part of any offer or contract

Figures for floor areas, distances and travel times are approximate. Floor areas are subject to final survey. Images may be artists' impressions and may not represent the completed development. Errors and omissions are excepted.

5. No guarantees

Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee or a promise about:

• Rental income, rental yield or occupancy
• Any investment return, or that any purchase is free of risk
• Approval of any loan or mortgage
• Admission to any school
• Completion of any announced public infrastructure, or the date of it
• The availability of any particular unit at any particular price

6. Your use of this website

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or overload the website
• Reproduce or redistribute content from this website without permission

7. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create any agency relationship, and does not reserve or secure any unit. Appointments are subject to confirmation and to showflat availability.

No payment is requested through this website. If you are ever asked to make a payment through this site or in a message that appears to come from it, treat it as fraudulent and contact the salesperson directly using the number in the footer.
