Information collected automatically

When you submit an enquiry, limited technical and campaign information is recorded alongside it:

Advertising and campaign parameters present in the page address, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid)
The page address you submitted from, and the referring website if any
The date and time of submission
Your browser's user-agent string
A one-way hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored — only an irreversible hash, used to detect repeated automated submissions

Cookies and similar technologies

4. Consent

Your enquiry is only submitted if you tick the required consent box. That consent covers contacting you about the enquiry you made. It is recorded together with the exact wording shown to you and the time it was given.

The optional marketing consent is a separate decision. It is never pre-ticked, and declining it does not affect the handling of your enquiry.

Withdrawing consent

The property developer or its appointed marketing agency, where this is necessary to register your showflat appointment or to process a transaction. Confirm the actual arrangement for your project and state it here accurately before publishing
Regulators, law enforcement or other parties where required by law

Your personal data is not sold, and it is not passed to third parties for their own independent marketing.

6. Advertising and analytics

Subject to your consent, this website may use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is found and used and to measure advertising performance.
